Information we collect
Information you give us. When you complete our inquiry or contact forms, email or call us, we collect the details you choose to share, which may include:

- your charter preferences, such as destination, dates, number of guests, type and size of yacht and approximate budget
- any other details you include in your message, such as dietary preferences or special occasions
If you go on to book a charter, we will also collect the information needed to prepare your charter contract and manifest, such as guest names and passport or identification details required by the yacht or local authorities, and payment information.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website and the date and time of your visit. Some of these parties are located outside your home country, including in the Caribbean islands where your charter takes place.
